SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for supporting Overtime Society HI.

All products are made in limited quantities and may be offered through pre-orders.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

For pre-order items, processing times may take 1–2 weeks depending on production schedules. Estimated timelines will be provided on product pages when applicable.

SHIPPING:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States.

LOCAL PICK UP:

Local pickup may be available for customers in Hawaii. If available, pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.

DELAYS:

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Overtime Society HI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
